TMZ reported that Federline had been caring for the boys a majority of the time, and is still hesitant to transfer custody to Spears. He believes Spears needs to continue treatment and remain on medication, following her recent mental health decline.
Sources told ‘US Weekly’ Federline was previously open in his support of her decision to check into a California wellness center in April.
