Alleged victims, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, accused the late Michael Jackson of sexual assault in the documentary, ‘Leaving Neverland.’ According to Page Six, a source close to the family says Jackson’s kids: Prince, Paris and Blanket want the accusers to accept responsibility for being dishonest about the film and apologize.
Jackson’s kids would potentially sue for fraud, emotional distress, slander and misrepresentation. The source also claims that if the Jackson’s were to be financially compensated, it would be given to charity.
Other members of the Jackson family are suing HBO for releasing the documentary, claiming a violation of a previous non-disparagement agreement. They are seeking at least $100 million in damages.
